Meet the passionate individuals leading and shaping the future of the Indonesian student community within SIM.

InSIM proudly welcomes the newly appointed Executive Committee (EXCO) 21st, a dedicated team committed to leading and elevating the Indonesian student community within SIM. Consisting of passionate individuals with diverse expertise and responsibilities, the EXCO 21st Team strives to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environment for all members of InSIM.

Under the leadership of Ethan as President, alongside Lincoln as Vice President, the team aims to continue strengthening InSIM’s presence through impactful events, effective organizational management, creative initiatives, and meaningful engagement with both internal and external communities.

With a shared vision of growth, innovation, and unity, EXCO 21st aspires to uphold InSIM’s values while bringing forth fresh ideas and initiatives that will further enhance the experiences of Indonesian students in SIM.


Meet the EXCO 21st Team

1. Ethan

As the President of InSIM, Ethan oversees the organization’s overall direction, leadership, and development. He ensures that all divisions work cohesively toward achieving the organization’s goals while maintaining strong relationships with internal members, external partners, and SIM communities.

The President is responsible for guiding the executive committee, supervising organizational initiatives, and ensuring that InSIM continues to grow as a supportive and impactful student organization.


2. Ng Jia Shen Lincoln

Serving as the Vice President, Lincoln works closely alongside the President in managing and overseeing organizational matters. He supports the coordination between divisions and assists in ensuring that all projects, events, and initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.

The Vice President also plays an important role in maintaining internal communication and stepping in to support leadership responsibilities whenever necessary.


3. Graciella Velica

As the General Secretary, Graciella is responsible for managing the organization’s administrative affairs and documentation. Her responsibilities include preparing meeting minutes, organizing official records, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient internal communication within the organization.

Through proper administration and organization, the General Secretary helps maintain professionalism and structure within InSIM.


4. Bryan Rico

Bryan, as the Finance Secretary, oversees InSIM’s financial management and budgeting processes. His responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing event budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters.

The Finance Secretary plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency.


5. Jasmine Vanessa Meidy Winarto

As the Creative Director, Jasmine leads the development of InSIM’s visual identity and media presence. She is responsible for overseeing creative content production, social media publications, branding initiatives, and promotional materials for events and activities.

Through innovative and engaging designs, the Creative and Media Director enhances InSIM’s visibility and public engagement across multiple platforms.


6. Frederich Nathanael Utomo

Erich, serving as the Sports Director, is responsible for organizing and managing sports-related activities and events within InSIM. His role includes fostering sportsmanship, encouraging member participation, and strengthening bonds among students through recreational and competitive sporting events.

The Sports Director contributes to building a healthy, active, and united community within the organization.


7. Leisya Victoria Halim

As the Arts and Culture Director, Leisya oversees initiatives related to Indonesian culture, arts, and creative expression. She is responsible for organizing cultural events, performances, and activities that celebrate Indonesian heritage while promoting cultural appreciation within the SIM community.

Through these initiatives, the Arts and Culture Director helps preserve and showcase the richness of Indonesian culture.


8. Vanessa Evelyn Gunawan

Serving as the Data and IT Director, Vanessa is responsible for managing InSIM’s technological and digital operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing website management, handling organizational data, supporting digital systems, and ensuring smooth technological operations for events and internal processes.

The Data and IT Director also plays a significant role in improving organizational efficiency through innovative digital solutions and technological development.


The EXCO 21st Team is committed to leading InSIM toward greater growth, stronger community engagement, and more impactful initiatives. Through collaboration, innovation, and dedication, the team aspires to continue building a welcoming and thriving home for Indonesian students within SIM and beyond.
