Registration for InSIM Subcommittees are now open! As we prepare to launch more new programs and events, we are looking to expand our team.

Gearing up for an incredible year ahead, the 21st EXCO is revolutionizing our approach by organizing into specialized subcommittees led by the 21st EXCO themselves. Be a part of this dynamic shift and elevate your InSIM journey! We are on the look out for passionate individuals to join our powerhouse team, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to the table.

Kindly note that becoming a member of the InSIM subcommittee team involves a selective process, ensuring that only those with a strong commitment and dedication are chosen to shape the club's future!

Attendance for all events is compulsory for all applicants.

The absence of any of the event processes may adversely affect the assessment

and decision-making process.

Job Descriptions

Sports

Focuses on promoting and organising sports-related activities within InSIM

Coordinates training sessions and internal sports activities

Encourages active participation in sports such as badminton, basketball, futsal, running, and billiards

Builds team spirit and a healthy competitive culture within the club

Arts & Culture

ISDC (InSIM Dance Club) -Focuses on dance practice, choreography, and performance development. Prepares members for showcases, events, and stage performances. Builds teamwork, rhythm, and stage confidence through regular practice.

InSIM Band - Focuses on musical performance and live band practice. Develops instrumental and group performance skills. Performs in club events, showcases, and cultural programs

Media

CMR (Creative, Media, Relation) - Focuses on ideation, branding, and creative direction for InSIM content. Develops concepts for campaigns, event themes, and promotional materials. Supports collaboration between design, media, and outreach efforts

DNP (Design & Publication) -Focuses on designing posters, digital graphics, and publication materials. Creates visual content for Instagram, events, and announcements. Ensures consistent visual branding across InSIM platforms.
