Notes:

  1. The afternoon sessions are from 12.00 - 6.00 pm, while the evening sessions are from 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm

  2. All interviews and auditions will be conducted offline at SIM HQ and each will last for 40 minutes at maximum.           

  3. All registrants must be present outside of the interview venues at least 5 minutes before the interview starts

  4. After the submission, please keep a look at your SIM MyMail to find your allocated interview schedule and venue

  5. Interviews for SPL, COMTIX, and DNP will be conducted together. Auditions for CNS, MAW, Musician, and Dancers are conducted separately.

  6. The slots are on a first come first served basis and may take some time to be updated in real time. If your preferred time slots are fully occupied, you will be offered another slot and still eligible for 1 (ONE) reschedule. 

  7. In the event that you wish to reschedule to a different time and/or date, please follow the procedures:  

  • Reply to the email as soon as possible by stating 1 (ONE) of your preferred amended dates and time ranges, e.g. “I preferred Monday, 25th September 2023 afternoon from 12 pm - 3 pm"

  • Wait for the rescheduled interview date and time

    • ​Do note that the rescheduling is not guaranteed to be successful.

    • If your preferred time slots are fully occupied, you will have to choose between your original slot and the rescheduled slot

    • Rescheduling is only permitted within 24 hours before the original interview slot.

    • Rescheduling will only happen 1x  (once).
